Episode: The One With Sakuragi's First Free-Throw

Sakuragi's about to beat up Rukawa for stealing the spotlight until Ryota reminds him that they promised Anzai-sensei not to fight. Sakuragi tries to make it seem that they're not fighting. Ahem. Episode: The One Where Sakuragi Gets Thrown Out Yet Again

Game after game in the eliminations Sakuragi gets ejected out on fouls, and he's rather at a loss to how he can stop making them. One night he goes to the Shohoku gym and sees Rukawa practising on his own - the sight immediately fuels Sakuragi to try his damnest to play his best and beat Rukawa on the court.

Episode: The One Where Mitsui Refuses To Fight

Sakuragi and Mitsui are late for a game because of a confrontation from gangster-dudes in an alleyway, and a fight breaks out. Meanwhile, at the sports centre, Rukawa goes, "Do'aho..." as he (worries?) about Sakuragi's absence (hah! look at the expression on his face!), and of course completely ignores the fact that Mitsui's late as well.

Episode: The One with the Game Against Tsukubu

Sakuragi is still walking on glass when it comes to avoiding fouls, and because of that he’s hesitant during the game. This calls for Rukawa to give the do’aho another friendly kick in the behind (and a few well-chosen words) in order to get him all confident again.
